Lightweight Bespoke False Chimneys

The Lightweight bespoke range of chimneys from ACS is available in any size, pitch & brick, it is ideal for bespoke projects or applications where exact sizes to your drawings is a must. It is available pre-flashed with code 4 lead. They are available as working chimneys to vent class 2 appliances.

Core
The core of the lightweight bespoke chimney is made from cold-rolled steel and then clad with Cement Bonded particle board. The board is completely weather, rot, fire, mould and termite proof.

Lid
Stackfast chimneys can be finished in any cope design and we can replicate Sandstone, Terracotta or a traditional brick finish.

Finish
To ensure that the Stackfast chimney stack will weather at the same rate as the main facades, All of our chimneys are finished with the customers choice of brick, slipped and bonded to the core. The chimney only requires pointing on site to match the on-site mortar.

Chimney Pots
The Stackfast bespoke range of chimneys is available with ANY chimney pot that is available on the market. As a standard fit option, Roll-top terracotta pots from Redbank are used, available in 300mm, 450mm & 600mm heights.

Fixing
Stackfast Chimneys are extremely easy to fit using a light crane or fork lift, they are fitted with lifting hooks which are removed after fit.
