Why Fast Clad?

Fast Clad is a proven pre-fabricated brick slip cladding system, enabling internal and external masonry to be assembled with speed and efficiency without the need for specialist tradesmen.

This revolutionary cladding system comprises single runs of pre-bonded masonry panels which slot together and screw-fixed to timber battens or galvanised steel framework. Due to the pre-bonded slips, on-site labour costs are greatly reduced.

They are suitable for new or existing timber-frame or steel-framed buildings or buildings of conventional masonry construction.

Developed in response to the Egan report, this modern method of construction (MMC) is ideal for refurbishment and regeneration, maintenance or new build projects.

Used as an alternative to GRC (Glass reinforced concrete), Fast Clad provides a decorative cladding for internal and external walls up to 30 metres in height. Produced with a variety of surface finishes including brickwork, stone, marble, ceramics and terrazzo, Fast Clad is very adaptable. It can be matched exactly to existing masonry using the same fascia material even the same type of mortar.
